About Me

 

As an entrepreneur Nancy has more than three decades of operational, management, and accounting experience. She and her husband have been real estate investors and property managers for over 14 years, so the move into real estate proved to be the right one as she was named Top Producer for 2005, 2006, and 2007 and most recently 2009 (for all of Rockport). She obtained the Accredited Buyers Representative designation in 2004, the Certified Residential Specialist designation in 2007, and became an Associate Broker in 2008.
 
Nancy is a South Texas girl, a native of Corpus Christi. She moved to Austin to attend The University of Texas and met her husband there. They moved to Connecticut, opened a commercial carpet business, and stayed for fifteen years. Their first date was a fishing trip to Port O'Connor where Nancy caught her first redfish! She was hooked and fishing has been a common thread in their relationship over the years from Lake Travis to Long Island Sound, and finally back down to the Texas coast after she and her husband sold their business in 2001. They picked Rockport not only for the fantastic fishing, but also because her father had bought a house in Key Allegro in the 1980's and her three children and nine grandchildren had fallen in love with Rockport over the years.
